REFUND POLICY - HOLISTIC PILATES

A full refund (100%) will be issued if a participant chooses not to attend the course, provided at least one week’s notice is given before the course start date.

 

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within one week of the course start date or once the course has begun.

 

If a course is cancelled prior to the start date due to low enrolment numbers making it unviable to run, a full refund will be provided.

 

Fees cannot be carried over or transferred for missed classes within a term, regardless of the reason.

 

If classes need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and an alternative option (such as online sessions) cannot be offered, any remaining classes will either be refunded or credited towards a future term when classes resume.

 

These terms are in place as venue bookings are secured and paid for in advance, and courses are planned based on confirmed enrolments. Once a course has started, venue costs remain payable.
