I'm a fully qualified Dance Instructor and taught many genre of dance for 38 years. I'm passionate about delivering bespoke Dancasize and Latino dance sessions to build confidence, increase fitness levels in a relaxed atmosphere of like minded people. This passion led me to become fully qualified to teach Pilates and I am on a journey to gain more knowledge and I recently completed the most up to date specialised pelvic floor and core course and I hold holistic Pilates small group sessions to enhance general physical and mental wellbeing.
